Anits vigas - Anil neerukonda institute of technology ans science situated in andhra pradesh. Admission is based on APEMCET .it offer BE and Btech courses in different streams. It have both merit sests and NRI seats.
Coming to the cut off. In mechanical engineering 2020 closing rank was near 12K. In 2019 it was 15k.
