Dear aspirant,As you said you got 70 marks in Ap eamcet.Andhrapradesh eamcet is a state level common entrance test for B.Tech courses to get admission in Various colleges.

Ap eamcet qualifying percentage of marks is 25% of maximum marks.As you said if you get 70 marks then eamcet rank will be 17k-20k.But ranks will be declared by considering the intermediate percentage also,so you can get even better rank with good IPE.
