Hello there,

The National Institutional Ranking Framework is a methodology adopted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to rank institutions. NIRF ranking system is done on taking ito account different parameters like quality of education, research output, graduation outcome, average packages offered during placements, campus facilities, outreach, inclusivity etc. So sometimes there might be a case when a private college is ranked better than a govt. college.

One of the best CME is in Pune and it trains military cadets in technical domains. This includes various types of training like combat engineering, BRES, Military Engineering Services etc..,

Hope this answer helps

Thank You!
