First of all congratulations in appearing for the NEET exam this year and qualifying.

Going thorugh various articles, a generalised rank particularly for your college couldn't be found but as a general saying goes, for a government seat a score of around 300-350 is highly desirable whereas for private institutions it is required for the candidate to just qualify the NEET exam of that year with the minimum qualifying marks .
