You can get the reduced syllabus of jee mains from the following link:

There will be 20 MCQs and 10 numerical value questions. Out of 10 numerical questions, candidates will have to attempt only 5 questions.
The topics which have been removed from the CBSE board syllabus has also be reduced in the revised NEET syllabus.
