What is the registration form duty (signed by guardian and candidate) that is required in JAC counseling reporting?

Dear Aspirant
The registration form is basically your application form or say your personal details form which you can download from the personal details sections of your JAC Delhi Profile. Take a printout of that form, after you are done with your signature get the form signed by your parents.
