What is the release date of ipu mbbs correction application form or is thrlere any correction form for ipu mbbs application form

It is clearly mentioned in its brochure that application must be submitted within 5 working days of the last date of form submission together with the applicable fees. After this no request for any correction shall be entertained by the Examinations Division. Window for making correction shall be notified by the University before / during counselling for admissions so lets wait for the same.

That's the thing I want to know tht wht is the procedure of submitting the application.....is it only in physical manner of there will be any widow for correction come in last five days......and if I have to give a application form physical so where I can submit that with fee...
