Enzymes lowers the activation energy.Activation energy is nothing but the energy required for converting substrates into products.Generally the enzymes speed up the biochemical processes.Enzymes act as catalyst to speed up the reaction.
Coenzymes gives support to the functions of the enzymes.They loosely bind to enzymes to help them complete their activities.Generally co enzymes are non protein organic molecules.
