There is no role played by father's income in determining the merit of any candidate appearing for any of the entrance exam.

It is just a field which sometimes might be used to check the financial stability of a candidates family, in case of any discrepancy or confusion.

OBC merit list 2018 haryana was like that 620 marks condidate have 333 merit no. and 593 marks condidate have merit no.1,by this way student having high marks will not be able to get admission.
