First let us look at the previous year cut off for admission into a government medical college in Jammu and Kashmir.

Open (General/Unreserved Category) -

NEET Marks - 440

NEET Rank - 50,280

College - Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Srinagar

SC -

NEET Marks - 361

NEET Rank - 1,10,791

College - Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Srinagar

ST -

NEET Marks - 266

NEET Rank - 2,31,073

College - Government Medical College, Srinagar

Keeping in mind cut off varies from year to year, I would suggest to target for a score of 470+ (if you are general category)/380+(if you belong to SC Category)/280+ (if you belong to ST Category) for a sure shot selection.
