It depends on the organisation for which a hospital manager or general manager is working. If it is big hospital like Fortis than surely the salary of Hospital Manager will be high and if someone is general manager at Mariott than his salary will definitely higher than the other.

But, if we talk in general, a general manager earns more than a hospital manager.

NOTE: The organisation for which he is working matters a lot...!!
