Hello!

Dear,
Now the basic salary of junior level IAS officers is Rs. 56100. The pay will increase by getting increment year after year. Moreover, the basic salary:of Cabinet Secretary is fixed at Rs.2,50,000. One must know that IAS officers are usually promoted every 4-5 years. The IAS officers get two extra-increment (6%) when they are Level 11, 12 and 13.After the level 14 salaries of all officers are same.
Hope this helps!
Hi dear,
Hope you are doing well!
Now let's go through your question.
In the starring of the career of IAAS, they are paid under Payband 3 which has the basic salary of 15600 and Grade pay 5400 along with a Dearness allowance of 136%(may be DA isn't the exact percentage I'm calculating but it's nearby) which equals to a total salary of Rs. 49,560.
With the implementation of the Seventh Pay commission's recommendations the salary would increase by 23.55% which would take the total to approximately Rs.61000. I shall also mention this that this is the minimum salary that they would get in the starting.
Apart from this primary salary the allowances may differ depending on the kind of service and also according to the place of posting.
Thank You & All the best!
