It depends on the field, stream [and topic] in which you complete your doctoral studies, as well as the institute where the research was conducted. Monthly packages range from 10,000 to 2,00,000 INR. If we take the case of IIT Madras, the packages offered in campus placements for students who have completed PhDs in various streams range from 8 lakhs to 12 lakhs per annum.
