Definitely you are eligible for a job but right now it will be not so high, Your salary will be around 10000 to 15000.

I suggest you to continue your study first and join B.Tech.Some top universities of India like LPU, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai, M.V.J. College of Engineering, Bangalore, Galgotias College of Engg. & Tech., Noida are providing B.Tech courses
You should have above 90% in diploma with strong knowledge of core subjects and communication skill and good practice on mechanical CAD software will be added advantage to you to get better salaried paid jobs like in Bosch, TCS ,L&T etc salary in the range25k to 35k.
