Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is an 5 year integrated Indian Degree. This degree programme is for the students who wants to study both the modern medicines and traditional Ayurveda. In many cases where modern medicine fails to work Ayurvedic medicines does wonders in such cases. As for the salary, For a BAMS doctor in India on an average has a salary of INR 31,044 per month. This salary tends to increase as the specialization and experience increases.
