Hello,Vivitha
Scope of ECE is increasing every day as technology is developing rapidly.
Talking about mobile and communication technology now 5G has evolved with high data speed
Talking about semiconductor industry there will be huge requirement of electronics engineer's in coming years. As government has started it's step towards setting up semiconductor manufacturing company in India .
Some of the factors favouring ECE scenario:
Growing convergence between hardware and software – this is something that electronics engineers have an edge in when compared to Computer grads. Growing product companies in India. Once we have product companies emerging, electronic engineers are in demand – be it design or comprehensive testing. Open source : One of the best things thats happening, undercurrent is open source community. When you have a great community to learn from and participate in, learning becomes enjoyable and fast on internet. You don’t have to go to an top rated university to learn building a prototype of your product.
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
With increasing open sourcing and learning community online, learning costs reduce, which is an important factor for students in India. And hands on experience, on whatever little product you are developing is very important in progressing in engineering.
An Electronics Engineer earns an average salary of Rs 305,680 per year.
Similarly EEE has a lot scope it provides opportunities in area like engineering services, electric power generation, transmission and distribution, semiconductor and other electronic manufacturing , navigational, measuring, and control instruments .Average starting salary-15000-3 lakhs.
So both the courses have equivalent scope , the final decision depends on your area of interest.
