If you can specialize in Imaging technology or the Medical robotics etc you will have plenty of scopes to work in countries like Japan, USA, Germany etc. So if you are interested then try to get the best college for your bachelors. If you want to go for Biomedical Engineering then try for IIT's or top universities in India. This will help you to build contacts with the abroad companies. Also you can get a research fellowship in abroad if you want to research in the field.
