I studied Physiotherapy and so I can help you with a decent perspective. Once you complete your BPT, ou can take up MPT in various streams like Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurology and Sports Sciences. In India these are the 4 major specialisations. But if  you go abroad, they ave a combination of specialisations that you can choose from. If you want to work study anything apart from Physiotherapy, you can take up Masters in Anatomy, Physiology, English, Psychology, Sociology, etc. These can get you opportunities as Junior Lecturers or Assistant Professors if you appear for UGC-NET. Then you can work as a Physiotherapist in your own clinic or work with Super Specialty or Multi Specialty hospitals as their Physiotherapy consultant. You can work in Rehabilitation centres as well. Apart from this, you can appear for Government jobs like SBI PO, IBPS, UPSC and your State Civil Service Examinations as well. In India we have a scarcity of Physiotherapists in the field of Sports and so that is one area that you can explore.
