300plus score is must for SPA delhi and Bhopal campus.

Even 285 and above can be good score.

Ranks within 200 have surehsot chnace of conversion.

At 250, you can surely get nIT Hamirpur and NIT raipur.

Within 250 you cn vet private architecture colleges like ICL Amabal, Zee University Himgiri, DIT dehradun.
