Secondary certificate you have mentioned is the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) is your 10th marks card. In Karnataka state board schools, 10th board examinations are referred to as SSLC. If you have studied in a CBSE school, you will have to submit your CBSE 10th standard's marks card instead of Secondary school certificate.
