The starting salary in international BPO for call centre inbound where the employees are also paid on hour basis which is around 100 to 200 per hour while others also pay Rs. 5,000 to 20,000 initially, if they are well established and known.

A call centre job requires an individual to be patient and understanding, initially the salary won't be too high or as expected by you but if you work sincerely you will be able to earn much higher amount because you gain the skills , knowledge and experience.

International BPO call centres pay higher but they need expertise and many of them want skilled individuals with prior experience thus you won't be paid highly in the beginning, just have patience and keep on working.
