Hey Farhan,
As you probably know that in gulf countries like dubai the hub of petroleum refinery is very great and in most of arab countries you would find the same. Now coming to the salary rates then the average salary a pertoleum engineer get is around AED 12,000 i.e; around rs. 2,26,000. This is the starting salary so it is a good start up of your career. As your experience increases your salary will increase accourdingly/ Hope you find it useful.
