There is not any specific cuttoff for state board inorder to qualify for the JEE MAINS. But yaah if you wish to enter in the elite Government institutes like IIT / NIT  / IIIT  / GFTI  colleges then for that you need to have atleast a score of 75% in class 12th or you should be in the top 20 percentile of your respective category of board.
