What is the stipend of rishikul ayurveda college utharakhand? Were there seats for non natives?

Hi,
Well as far as I know then the rishikul ayurvedic college is a government ayurvedic college. And in any state government ayurvedic medical college, only state domiciled students can participate for counselling and can take admission. So if you belong to any other state then you won't be able to participate in the counseling process.
