B.Com. honors course is divided into 6 semesters. So the syllabus is given below:

Semester 1 - Finance accounting, business organization & management, business law, general english I, business communication.

Semester 2 - business mathematics, corporate law, business economics, business ethics & corporate governance, general english II.

Semester 3 - corporate accounting, business statistics, fundamentals of financial management, human resource management, environmental studies.

Semester 4 - cost accounting, principles of marketing, business environment, financial institutions & markets, information technology in business.

Semester 5 - income tax: law & practice, e-commerce, management accounting, auditing entrepreneurship.

Semester 6 - fundamentals of investment, goods & services tax & custom law, fundamentals of insurance, computerized accounting system, personal selling & salesmanship, survey project.
