KCET 2021 syllabus will be based on PUC syllabus prescribed by Department of Pre-University Education of Karnataka State which is not announced yet and it is expected that some chapters might get scrapped, but there is no official announcement regarding the matter. But for 2022 i think the syllabus will be full like was in 2019 and earlier. So you should cover all the chapters of PUC if you are preparing for 2022.
