For Msc zoology entrance mainly you have to cover the whole syllabus of bachelor's degree. Each and every topic of bsc zoology is important for entrance.
One more thing to remember is you mainly have to focus on classification part and biochemistry part These two covers most of the questions asked in your MSc zoology entrance exam.

Entrance exam syllabus for Zoology is usually based on the syllabus of bachelor's degree and also some questions are set on the basis of 10 and 10+2 level syllabus. So, you need to prepare your self according to that only. I would suggest you to refer previous year question papers that is available in the download section from the official page of Delhi university.
