Hi Niloptal,
Banaras Hindu University is a Public University located in Varanasi, India. It offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses for admission by various entrance examinations.
As you have asked for the B.sc Maths entrance exam, it covers topics from three subjects:
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
The entrance exam consists 50 marks from each section and total is of 150 marks.
The syllabus covers the chapters which you have studied for class 11 and 12 for all of the subjects mentioned above.
Some of the important chapters are as follows:

Physics : Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Gravitation, Physical world and measurement , Optics, Thermodynamics,Electrostatics, Current Electricity, electronic devices, electromagnetism and induction current

Chemistry: Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Solutions, Coordination Compounds, organic chemistry, chemical bonding and molecular state, p- block elements, d and f block elements, haloalkanes and haloarenes ,alcohols phenol and ether, Amines

Mathematics: Differential calculus , integral calculus, coordinate geometry , coordinate geometry (3-D),Matrix, Determinants, Probability, Trigonometry, inverse trigonometric functions, quadratic equations, Binomial theorem

These are just the important topics and units for the entrance, you should also pay a look at other chapters as well. For better clarity, you can go through the previous years papers and follow a BHU UET entrance exam book by Arihant for practice as well.

You should also focus more and more on solving previous years papers for practice.

Best Wishes

Hii Nilotpal!
The syllabus for BHU UET for BSc. Mathematics comprises of the basic syllabus which you studied in class 12th. Just go through all the chapters in your maths textbook of class 12th. There's no such need to go beyond the syllabus and learn extra. If you know the basics well, you are good to go. The chapters include- Permutation Combination, Statistics and Probability, Differential equations, Integral calculus, Induction, Sets, Geometry and every unit in the class 12th maths textbook.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
