There is no specific syllabus per se. You need to prepare UGC approved syllabus at Graduation level in your respective subjects. According to the eprospectus available at https://jnu.ac.in/admission/e-prospectus-2020-21.pdf , you will be tested in the basic knowledge of life sciences. The exam would contain subject specific questions pertaining to different branches of life sciences or Biological Sciences taught at Undergraduate level.

Is physics, chemistry, maths also included in test?

You might get few questions from Physics and Chemistry but not Mathematics.
