what is the syllabus of llm entrance

You haven't mention about entrance syllabus of which university, anyway in case of AILET :
- AILET has 150 MCQ for 150 marks for a duration of 1 hour 30minutes.
- The syllabus comprises of all major subject of law like Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Contract, Jurisprudence, Law of Tort and International Law etc.
- Negative is applicable in AILET, 0.25 Marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

CLAT is the entrance test or examination conducted to get admission for LLM or LLB. The syllabus for CLAT is as follows:
1. Constitutional Law
2. Law of Torts
3. International Law
4. Jurisprudence
5. Intellectual Property Law
6. Law of Contracts
7. Criminal Law
Marks and Questions distribution (paper will include both MCQs and Essay type questions)
For MCQ;
Constitutional Law - 40 marks and 40 questions
Other Subjects- 60 marks and 60 questions
For Subjective Questions;
The paper will include two essay type questions each of 25 marks. It would be based on Law and Contempory Issue. Also, the word limit for the same is of 800 words.
