Peoples Education Society Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT) 2019 consists of 120-180 questions, depending on the course. For B.Tech, there are 180 questions (Mathematics-60, Physics-60, Chemistry-40, English-20) and total time is 180 minutes. Study 12th standard PCM and only grammar for English. The time for all other courses is 120 minutes. BBA has 120 questions(English Comprehensive / Verbal Ability-30, Analytical & Logical Reasoning-45, Quantitative Reasoning-45). B.Des Basic has following sections: Knowledge of Colors and Form, General Knowledge, Sensitivity to Aspects of Typography, Spatial Sense, Ability to Visualize/ Imagine, 3D Visualization, Free-Hand Sketching, Interpreting Natural Laws and Basic Engineering, Basic English, Basic Analytical Ability. M.Tech paper consists of 120 questions (Mathematics-60, Analytical & Logical Ability-20, Computer Awareness-20, English Comprehension-20). MBA/ M.COM comprises 120 questions (English Comprehensive / Verbal Ability 30, Analytical & Logical Reasoning-40, Quantitative Reasoning-40, General Awareness-10). MCA has 120 questions(Mathematics-60, Analytical & Logical Ability-20, Computer Awareness-20, English Comprehension-20). M.Sc. has 120 questions (English Comprehensive / Verbal Ability-30, Analytical & Logical Reasoning-30, Quantitative Reasoning-30, Indian Economic Development-30).

There is no negative marking. Mode of exam is online, except for B.Des. PESSAT 2019 will be conducted from April 25 - May 15, 2019 for B.Tech course and January 10 to July 2019 for other courses.
