The registration for the first round of NEET PG 2024 counseling commenced on 20th September, 2024, and will be conducted online through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) website. However, there hasn't been any official announcement regarding an extension for the first round registration as of now. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the MCC website for real-time updates and deadlines
