The total course fee depends from college to college.
For Aiims it is less than 6000 for whole course excluding other charges like mess dues etc, state gov colleges depend on the state but is generally around 21,000 to 100000 per year approximately. And for private colleges it can exceed 8 lakhs/year that equals to more than 50 lakhs for the whole course, again this is excluding other miscellanious charges.
Basically it varies and can get updated depending on the college.
