Students enrolled in the HCM programme are assigned to a range of job positions. Marketing/sales executives, management trainees, assistant managers, and operations executives are just a few of the positions that are being advertised.

Training programmes, placements, and curriculum: The PGDM HCM programme offers 100 percent placement with the top income of 16 LPA. The placement efforts are overseen by a placement cell. The firms represent all of the healthcare industry's verticals. Visits to medical equipment companies, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, insurance companies, and so on are made for placement. Even for the internship, there are a variety of excellent possibilities to choose. According to the most recent batch (2016–18), the average package weight is 9.5 LPA.
