Hello Aspirant ,
There is no single answer to this question as the fees depends from state to state and college to college. Total Fees of BCom course will be very high in a private college as compared to government colleges .
As you have not mentioned any college I will give you a rough Idea , in Delhi University (Government college ) the total fees for 3 years will be around 50 thousand rupees (including Exam fees etc but excluding hostel fees) where as in a private college total fees will be around 2 Lakh rupees ).
