Hi,

The cutoff is the minimum percentile required to get eligible to write JEE Advanced. The last year cutoff for different categories in JEE Main for being eligible to write JEE Advanced is following:

  • General......89.75 percentile
  • OBC........74.31
  • EWS.......78.21
  • SC..........54.01
  • ST..........44.33
  • PwD......0.11

To get NIT you have to get a good score much more than this cutoff percentile for JEE Advanced unless you belong to very reserved categories. To check the cutoff for different branches in different NITs you can check the link below:
