Dear Vamshi, there is no upper age limit for NEET. You can appear for NEET as many times as you want because there is also no cap on the no.of attempts for NEET. All that is required is you should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your subjects. You can also study Biology as an additional subject and be eligible for NEET. What is important for being eligible for NEET is that you need to pass in all your subjects in 10+2 and score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. For the benefit of you and lakhs of aspirants, we shall detail the registration process.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
  • No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of 2020
  • You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
  • 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
  • NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible

IMPORTANT DATES:

Registration Dates: 2nd to 31st December, 2019
Downloading of Admit Cards: 27th March, 2020
Date of Examination: 3rd May, 2020
Date of Announcing Result: 4th June, 2020

Hello, as per the new rule there is no any upper age limit to appear for neet entrance exam. Minimum age limit is 17 year.

MBBS Doctor, he called me, he told I relaized very late

Greetings!

There's no upper age limit to be eligible for Neet but yes there's minimum age limit for neet , according to which to eligible for Neet 2020 , a candidate should  be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2020 .

Neet eligibility criteria is given below :-
  • A general category student needs a minimum of 50% aggregate in pcb in class 12th to be eligible for Neet , while it is only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st category .
  • You must be at least 17 year old as well by 31st December 2020 to be eligible for Neet 2020.
  • There's no maximum or upper age limit for neet.
  • There's no attempt limit for neet so one can appear as many times as one wants.
