CTET is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. There are many benefits of having a ctet certificate. If you have this certificate you can apply to the central government schools, kvs, nvs, and state government school also.
Infact private schools many a times prefer a ctet passed candidate over the non ctet candidate.
The validity CTET certificate 7 years from the date of declaration of the results.
