Solution : Given: $\frac{1.2 \times 1.2+0.2 \times 0.2+1.2 \times 0.4}{1.8 \times 1.8+0.4 \times 0.4-1.8 \times 0.8} $
= $\frac{1.2^2 +0.2^2+2 ×1.2 ×0.2}{1.8^2+0.4^2-2×1.8×0.4}$
= $\frac{(1.2+0.2)^2}{(1.8-0.4)^2}$
= $\frac{(1.4)^2}{(1.4)^2}$
= $1$
Hence, the correct answer is 1.
