What is the value of completing phd in aeronautics?how much they can earn?
Hii,As from the career prospectus Aeronautical engineering stand behind BTech Computer, Mechanical, Electronics and probably all other fields of Engineering.
If you want to work in Airlines and land on a job ASAP as an aeronautical engineer then probably you should go for AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering).
If you are really passionate about aerospace and you want to do Masters or a PhD in Aerospace, then you should go for BE/BTech Aeronautical. Believe me, you should really like Aeronautical subjects (Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Avionics, Aircraft Structures…) and you should improve your knowledge in every aspects of aeronautical related subjects (CAD (Computer Aided Drawing, Ansys…).
And the main problem is that, it is difficult to land on Aerospace jobs in USA, because of the immigration issues (if you do MS in USA and trying to get a job there, it would be difficult to get into aerospace jobs). You can check out the job opportunities and the job requirements.
