what is the value of root -i if I=root-1

Hello,

The value of root -i has no significance and if you find it in answers, you can leave it without further simplification.

But it can be simplified as mentioned below:

Root -i can be written as: root -1 * root i

root -1 is i again.

So, the total expression is : i * root i.

Adding the powers, we get: root -i = i ^ (3/2).
