Solution : Given:
$x=-5$ and $y=-7$
$\left(27 x^3-58 x^2 y+31 x y^2-8 y^3\right)$
$= (3x)^3-3×(3x)^2×2y+3×3x×(2y)^2-(2y)^3-4x^2y-5xy^2$
$= (3x-2y)^3-xy(4x+5y)$
$= (3×(-5)-2×(-7))^3-(-5×(-7))(4×(-5)+5×(-7))$
$=-1-35(-20-35)$
$= -1-35(-55)$
$= -1+1925$
$= 1924$
Hence, the correct answer is 1924.
