What is the weightage of Board results in MHCET and when will the admission process begin?
Hello Akshansh!
Board results are not considered unless two or more candidates get the same scores. In case of equal scores, it is called a tie. The tie is then broken with the help of the board results in the following manner (this is applicable for 5 year course only) :
-
A candidate who scores more marks in Senior Secondary School (12th Board) Examination will be given preference over other candidate.
-
Candidate who will have equal marks in 12th board examination too, their Higher Secondary School (10th) Examination will be considered and those who have more marks in 10th boards will be given preference over others.
After getting your results, you will now be required to attend the counselling of MH CET Law 2018 which would be conducted on June 1, 2018 (tentative) by DHE Maharashtra. You would be issued a call letter to attend the counselling procedure. For further details on the counselling procedure and important dates, you can visit the following link-
