You need to sell policies to the customers and you'll get 25% commission on LIC Jeevan Labh policy as an agent. As an LIC agent you are required to sell minimum 12 policies per year, and if fails to achieve this, you have an option to complete the target in another one year. But in the third year, if you fails to get 36 policies, your registration will get cancelled. To be a LIC agent, you should atleast completed 10th standard and minimum age should be 18 years.
