Hey,
A neurosurgeon is someone who specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders of the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system.
Neurosurgeons or any doctor,be it in India or across the globe, does not have a fixed schedule. They have to be available for the patients when required without any fail. The working hours vary for different hospitals and the number of patients.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Hello!

As different hospitals or clinics have different timings for ll the doctors. Also excluding the emergency time when the doctors are called for duty even after his working hours, on an average the neurosurgeons in India work for about 8-9 hours a day. (40-42 hours a week minimum)

I hope this helps.
