As per JEE Advanced eligibility criteria, candidates need to either secure at least 75% aggregate marks (for Gen Category) in the class XII (or equivalent) and 65% aggregate marks (for SC, ST and PwD candidates) or they should be in category-wise top 20-percentile in their respective class XII (or equivalent) board examination.
Top 20 Percentile Cutoff 2018 for CBSE(Central Board of Secondary Education) is as follows-
General- 432 OBC-NCL- 424 SC- 410 ST- 390 PwD- 390
