Hello dear student !

In academics, UG is undergraduation and PG is post graduation, Undergraduation includes bachelor courses like Bsc. Zoology hons. , Bsc. In life sciences , MBBS , etc. Whereas postgraduation includes master courses such as Msc. Zoology hons. , Msc. in life sciences , M.D , etc. .

Tarang, UG stands for Undergraduation and PG stands for Post Graduation. UG is a career path that we choose in Academics after our 12th. This is also called as Graduation. This is also called as Bacheor's degree. Few examples of UG degree are BCA, BMS, B.Sc, BA, etc. Post Graduation is a higher degree after completing one's Graduation or undergraduation. This is also called as Master's degree as in you are studying to be better in a specific subject. Examples of PG courses are MCA, M.Sc, MA, etc.
