It all depends which college you are enrolled in, the fees also depends on the location of the college and whether the college is government owned or by a private educational trust. Other factors that might affect the fees are various scholarships and fees exemptions provided certain groups in the society.

The Computer Science undergraduation B.Tech/engineering course fees and hostel fees varies from college to college and the engineering entrance exams you write,based on the marks and rank you get you will be alloted a seat in the college and the more you score the more you gain scholarship based on merit (only in few colleges not all) this may help you to reduce cost of fee to your total fee.

The cheapest fee in UG according to me is around 3000/- per semester

and the highest is almost of 2.2 lacs per semester.

Bro, it all depend upon which college you are going to select , if you look for a private college then it will cost you on an average Rs 200000 per semester and in government college is as low as Rs 3000 per semester(Jadavpur University, West Bengal).
