hi piyush ,
the spot counselling is organized by the institutions who have been unable to fill up their seat through the regural counselling rounds .
in this spot counselling , people are called according to their ranks irrespective of any kind of reservations . the person who is interested in this has to be physically present to take admission in the college .

hello piyush agarwal
there isn't any spot counselling for upsee 2018 the last round was round 3 which is completed now for more details please visit:https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/upsee-counselling
Hello Piyush,
The spot counsilling is the counsilling which is conducted at the end of all the counsilling. In this round the UPSEE have a look at the number of seats left in the different colleges and conduct the last counsilling to fill those seats. This is the final round of the UPSEE in which the leftover seats are alloted to the children. If you take part in this round then if any seat has been alloted to you will be taken back from you i.e you cannot acces that seat if you didn't get any seat in counsilling. Basically it is the restart of the counilling.
Hope it helped you.
Thank you
