Verbal communication is the use of words required for transfer of message. Some form of verbal communication are written and oral. It is also defines as the use of Sound and words to express yourself , especially in contrast to using gestures or mannerisms(Non- verbal communication ). We use verbal communication to define reality , organize , think and shape  attitude .

Here are the Advantages or Dis Advantages of Verbal Communication :-

--> ADVANTAGE of verbal Communication : -- Saves a lot of time , Get Feed back Quickly , Most convenient method , Easy of Preparation.

It also Help to maintain Privacy or secretary  of Information.

Information is Conveyed Clearly.

Providing clarity and direction, and also Increases Engagement.

--> DIS ADVANTAGE of Verbal communication :-  Oral Communication are not easy to maintain and thus they are unsteady. Some times Misunderstanding occurs, if information is not completely delivered, It requires attentiveness and Great receptivity on the part of Receivers.

Pronunciation , limited vocabulary , lack of exposure target the language .

  • It can deliver much more message to many people with more efficiency.

  • More reliable and flexible
  • Complete understanding

D isadvantages of verbal communication:

  • Lack of documentation
  • No legal validity
  • Possibility of misunderstanding
  • Unsuitable for long messages
  • Constrained by physical barrier
